Part II: Ink as Meditation

Suhail Mitoubsi

There is no rush;

each word deserves the respect of arrival.

Part II:

What if writing were like prayer, like meditation,

a ritual where the ink marks the paper as breath marks the body?

Inhale. Exhale. Write.

Each word a release, a moment of presence,

carving out a space where nothing is expected,

where we meet our shadows and our light with open hands.

This is why we return to the page—

not to be read or known,

but to be intimate with ourselves,

to be sacred witnesses to our own becoming.
